Included in this price, Serenade will custom design your product to match the brand, style and tone of your release.

The manufacturing lead time begins once designs have been approved. To get the design process started as quickly as possible, contact the Serenade team at [email protected] with your order number and share the relevant design assets for your product (you can find a list of these HERE or find them in your order confirmation email).

We will typically produce a proof to show you how the items will look. This usually takes 24-48 hours but turnaround can be as quick as the same day.

When you purchase a run of Smart Formats, you are granted access to the Serenade Creator Platform to add, edit and release your digital content. It will remind you of a music distribution upload form. The Creator Platform is also where you can see important metrics like how many fans have redeemed the digital component of your Smart Formats as well as view your fan data.

Once you have placed your order here, create an account in the artist/band’s name at https://serenade.co/sign-up and email [email protected] with your chosen username to become a Verified Artist and start creating your enhanced digital music experience!

All orders are shipped from London, UK to a single location that you select during checkout. 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Shipping times may vary depending on the destination selected during checkout.

Shipping costs are calculated as a flat fee depending on the size and destination of the package. As these products are a 'Large Package', the flat rate for shipping depending on location is; £20 for domestic UK, £75 for Europe, and £150 for broader international locations. Any additional fees, such as customs duties or taxes, are your responsibility as the customer.
