When you purchase a run of Smart Formats, you are granted access to the Serenade Creator Platform to add, edit and release your digital content. It will remind you of a music distribution upload form. The Creator Platform is also where you can see important metrics like how many fans have redeemed the digital component of your Smart Formats as well as view your fan data.

Once you have placed your order here, create an account in the artist/band’s name at https://serenade.co/sign-up and email [email protected] with your chosen username to become a Verified Artist and start creating your enhanced digital music experience!

Shipping Information

All orders are shipped from London, UK to a single location that you select during checkout.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Shipping times may vary depending on the destination selected during checkout.

Shipping costs are calculated as a flat fee depending on the size and destination of the package. As these products are a 'Small Package', the flat rate for shipping depending on location is; £10 for domestic UK, £25 for Europe, and £50 for broader international locations.
